Coach Candice – Physical Health

Coach Candice is an author, ACE Certified Health Coach, Fitness Educator, and Chair of the Kansas Governor’s Council on Wellness. She holds a B.S. in Economics and an Executive MBA in Global Management. A natural competitor, Candice excelled in youth sports and later as a figure competitor, earning the 2010 World Natural Bodybuilding Federation title of “Ms. Figure Universe.”
She currently resides and worships in the Kansas City area, working with clients locally and internationally. She also hosts “Conversations with Candice” on the Fox 4 Kansas City Morning Show. Candice is passionate about helping individuals and church groups bridge the gap between spiritual and physical health—strengthening their relationship with Christ while progressing on their wellness journey.
Coach James (JJ) – Mental Health
Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Coach James is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (Florida) and Licensed Professional Counselor (Georgia), educator, and pastor with a heart for helping people grow—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. He holds a Doctorate in Education from Southern Seminary, a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and is certified in EMDR trauma recovery and SYMBIS marital enrichment.
Originally from Miami and now based in Atlanta, James works with individuals and couples on issues such as anxiety, life transitions, resilience, and spiritual maturity. He blends clinical expertise with biblical principles to support lasting transformation. James is also a former youth pastor and remains passionate about encouraging others on their healing and wellness journey.
Coach Michelle – Career-Life Balance

Coach Michelle is a seasoned expert in career and professional development, bringing over 30 years of experience guiding individuals in aligning their career paths with personal purpose and clarity. She currently serves as the Executive Director of Career and Professional Development at Claremont Graduate University.
Michelle holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from Chapman University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton. Throughout her career, she has empowered individuals to successfully navigate career transitions, cultivate leadership capabilities, and achieve meaningful work-life integration. Michelle is deeply passionate about helping others thrive professionally while living with intention and purpose.
Coach Wes – Spiritual Health
Minister and Spiritual Coach

Coach Wes is a minister and spiritual coach dedicated to helping others strengthen their faith and cultivate inner peace. He serves as the minister at Downtown Church of Christ in Kansas City and draws on years of pastoral experience to guide individuals in their spiritual walk. Minister Anderson offers encouragement, biblical insight, and practical wisdom to support those seeking a deeper connection with God and a more centered, purpose-driven life.
Dr. Justin – Medical Health
Pediatrician
New York City & Chicago
Dr. Justin is a pediatrician with a passion for helping children and families access quality, compassionate healthcare. A Kansas City native, he began his career in tax consulting before pursuing a calling to medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of Kansas and completed pediatric residency at the University of Chicago.
Throughout his career, Dr. Justin has cared for more than 19,000 pediatric patients and participated in medical service trips across five countries. He is also the founder of Students in Schools, a medical outreach program still active today in Kansas City middle schools. After practicing Pediatric Emergency Medicine at a Level 1 Trauma Center in Illinois, he founded Seren Pediatrics in Chicago. He later relocated to New York City, where he works part-time at Bronxcare and Seren Pediatric’s NYC clinic to serve families of New York. He is passionate about empowering families and improving children’s health through accessible, high-quality care.
